We just got back from a few days at our friend's cabin in northern Mn. Very relaxing - brunch at 11 AM, rest of the day on the water, snacks on the boat at 5 PM, the evening meal by 6:30 and off to bed by 9:30. Get up the next day and do it all over again. They had a pontoon boat which had sea legs. Just pull it up next to the dock, power down the sea legs which lifted the boat above the water - no lines to tie. Didn't know they had such a thing. They also had a couple of jet skis. That had been on our bucket list. Nothing like doing 60 mph over the water and snap it into turns. Thrill level goes right up there. Sheila and Sherry went paddle boarding one day. They caught on quick but not sure it was fast enough for them to do again. So a big thanks to Guy and Sherry. We don't get to do something like this very often.
I am now packing up equipment to head for my sister Sue's to work on her deck. Brent will be there to work with me.

That's what "livin' on the Lake" is all about!

Do you find that a jet ski feels a lot like a snowmobile on water?
Michael's dad used to have them and they were great fun.
