A grand lady

Margret Robinson is our neighbor in Az. and one of the best people you will ever meet. Margret will be 91 this summer. She still drives and gets around very well. Her mind is as sharp as a tack. When we put window coverings and pillows in our house, Margret offered to go with Sheila to pick out the fabric and then wanted to do all the cutting and sewing. She started the Penny's drapery dept. oh so many years ago so you can see why she has the eye for decorating. She lived in a cabin in the woods for many years in Montana, went bear hunting, was a pilot, farmed and I could go on and on. Her stories of life back so many decades ago are a real treat to listen to. I have convinced her that next year we need to tape her memories as the younger generation has no clue what it was like back then. Oh did I mention she is always upbeat and positive about everything. Could there be a lesson in there for all of us?
