Picacho Peak

Climbed Picacho Peak a couple of days ago. Sheila had never been up so thought she should have the experience. They have anchored cables in several areas so you can haul yourself up the rock. It was long and exhausting but we made it. I did it many years ago with my uncle. Didn't remember it being that hard before. Must be an age thing. Nice State Park where you start out. Many trails that skirt the mountain if in to doing a day hike.

It is now getting warmer out so have to keep an eye out for the rattle snakes. In Winter they are no where to be found.
