on June 6th we did the Tour of the Lakes ride up in Brainerd MN. It is affectionately know as the "tour de food". It was a 60 mile jont that we did with friends (Ron and Kathy) that we met while on the week long CANDISC tour last year. They live near Brainerd so invited us to stay with them. Great long weekend. It was chilly but very nice from a wind and rain standpoint. The rain did not start until we were packing up the bikes.
I have a picture where Ron looks pregnant. Turns out he had just stuffed a lot of candy bars, etc from the stops in his front pouch. Did look funny though with his biking tights on.
